Your cPanel control panel is accessed using a web browser and typing in your domain name (with extension such as .com, .co.za etc) followed by a forward slash (/) and then the (cpanel).
Here is an example: http://www.domain.co.za/cpanel
So if your domain name was domain.co.za then you would access your cPanel at http://www.domain.co.za/cpanel
The username and password can be found in your welcome email title New Account Information, which would have been sent to you when you purchased your hosting package.
